SpeakReal Event

Connecting with Youth Begins with Understanding Them

Navigating youth mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.

SpeakReal is a warm, interactive evening where parents, educators, and caring adults gain honest insights and practical tools to support the youth in their lives.

Our Panel Delivers 3 Essential Perspectives:

  • Youth Facilitators: Sharing real, lived experiences of what growing up today actually feels like.
  • Licensed Professionals (CMHA): Providing reassuring expert guidance and evidence-based care strategies.
  • School Board Mental Health Leads: Explaining how in-school supports work and how to bridge home and school.

Ask your questions in a judgment-free space, gain a deeper understanding of today’s youth, and learn how to foster a safe, supportive home and classroom environment.
