We Are Currently Recruiting Youth Speakers
If you know someone or are someone who may a have a personal story and message to share with other youth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Youth Speaker Responsibilities:
- Share personal story during assembly/presentations for schools and community groups such as conferences and parent groups
- Willingness to accept feedback from the Team Leads, audience and other youth speakers; use it to develop speech content and delivery
- Ensure important messages for audiences are included throughout the presentation
- Participate in question and answer period with honesty and integrity
- Attend all speaker training sessions and other meetings as needed
- Perform duties within the Youth Speaker Guidelines

Youth Speaker Training
Youth speakers training includes leadership and speaking skills, SafeTalk, and program delivery-related trainings such as Neurobiology (Body/Brain); Trauma and Equity training.
